Our AfriCanyon river adventure starts with registration, getting your wetsuit, kit and a quick briefing at basecamp. We then transfer you to the river entry point, a short drive in our vehicle and within minutes you are on your way. A brilliant combination of fun and adventure in the great outdoors!

Hi there! The trip was really fun and the guides were super friendly and helpful. The only thing that I can think of is allowing guests to take a snack and water with. It gets really hot throughout the day and with all the swimming one gets quite thirsty and a little hungry. We really enjoyed the trip and we had a lot of fun we are only a little bit disappointed that we don't have any pictures of the trip! We thought that we'd maybe be allowed to take a phone in a waterproof pouch but we could not. We only later learnt that you have cameras available but it was not working on the morning. You should maybe consider letting one of the guides take a camera and take a few pictures throughout the trip at designated areas as well as a before and after picture. I'm sure people will love that. You can then have it uploaded on a site/send via email or even have it for sale. - Natasha Kovacs

The worlds best bungy jump and the most amazing experience of your life!
The view from Africa’s highest bridge captures all the majesty and tranquility of the Bloukrans River valley. Your experience starts with a zipline out to the to top of the bridge arch. The bungy jump makes use of a pendulum system to ensure the smoothest, most comfortable bungee jump possible. After the initial freefall, you are pulled into a giant pendulum motion and then into the big rebound.
Jumpers are secured in a full-body harness combined with a separate ankle connection to the bungy cord. For the last 25 years we have kept all our jumpers safe and secure.

Located in the heart of South Africa's Garden Route, the Bloukrans Bridge is home to the highest commercial bungy jump in the world, at an exhilarating 216 meters above the Bloukrans River. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was electric. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring, making me feel safe yet excited. They walked me through the entire process with clarity, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect. As I stood on the edge, with the lush landscape surrounding me and the breathtaking view of the river below, I couldn't help but feel a mix of anticipation and awe. The moment they counted down, everything happened so quickly, but also so incredibly vividly. The freefall felt like an adrenaline-packed eternity, with the world spinning around me as I plunged toward the river before being snapped back by the elastic cord. The initial drop was pure adrenaline -- the best rush I've ever had. The view as I soared down was spectacular, giving me a sense of freedom that was unlike anything else.
