Our AfriCanyon river adventure starts with registration, getting your wetsuit, kit and a quick briefing at basecamp. We then transfer you to the river entry point, a short drive in our vehicle and within minutes you are on your way. A brilliant combination of fun and adventure in the great outdoors!

What an absolutely amazing adventure from start to finish! From front of house right through to the very end, the experience was exceptional. We made a small mistake with our original booking, but on arrival Essie was incredible. She assisted us with upgrading our booking effortlessly and with such genuine kindness. What stood out even more was how she put my 11-year-old daughter completely at ease---taking full control, ensuring she had the correct shoe size, and reassuring her in only the way Essie can. From there it was over to Debz and King Julian---wow, you guys truly rocked! Your energy, care, humour, and passion made the adventure unforgettable. The Skywalk Tour is designed to cater to everyone.
The SkyWalk is an opportunity to experience more about of the bungy jumping operation and learn about the construction of the bridge.
The SkyWalk starts with some general information and an awe inspiring view of the Bloukrans River Gorge and the massive expanse of the arch Bridge where the Bungy takes place.
The tour then moves to the museum. Here you will learn more about the history of Bloukrans Bungy jumping operation and its influence on Bungy jumping in Southern Africa. We also delve into the amazing engineering used to build this mega structure.
Included in the tour is the exhilarating experience of walking on the suspended walkway 216 meters above the Bloukrans River. It is bolted to the underside of the road deck and leads out to the top of the arch where the bungy jumping takes place.

As a 51-year-old mom, this experience was far outside my comfort zone --- but it turned into one of the most meaningful moments of our holiday. Walking across the skywalk alone required me to conquer real fear, all while supporting my 16-year-old son who had his heart set on doing the bungy jump.
